I paid for my ballet teacher (former gymnast) to go to my anti gravity yoga class just as a gift to her and she was so impressed she is now a regular in the anti gravity class. She is never impressed by any type of exercise and now she wants one of her own someday. She said: "I never realized how important it is to stretch out your abs!" In all the years of doing god knows how many exercises, none of them stretched the abs and hip flexors the way a swing does after her extreme workouts.
