  1. The first, and major difference between the two, the Omni-Swing comes with built in cushion to the sling. Our 2nd Generation model does not have built in cushion.
  2. Second, the Omni-Swing has soft padded foot-stirrups, which make them more useful in a variety of moves. The 2nd Generation Yoga Swing foot-stirrups are made the same as the thinly padded hand-grips.
  3. The third difference comes with the self adjusters (for height of the sling and short hand grips). In the old 2nd Generation model you needed two Daisy Chains for adjusting, with the Omni-Swing the adjusters are built right into the length of the long hand grips for a better, sleeker look.

    I have been wanting one of these swings for a long time. I have Fibromyalgia and a few other chronic disorders that cause chronic pain so I was a little leary. I knew from years ago that inversion therapy was very helpful. I have compressed discs in my neck & back. Finally my husband insisted I buy one. I got the basic swing due to money constraints, but it was worth every penny. My husband found a beam to hang it on inside near a corner. It’s cobalt blue and easy to take down if I feel the need. It’s so nice to have something I can do that does not aggravate my Fibromyalgia and if I am really stressed out I just use it like a cocoon. It supports every part of my body and I can feel myself relax.
    So give it a shot, you might just fall in love.
