I have been wanting one of these swings for a long time. I have Fibromyalgia and a few other chronic disorders that cause chronic pain so I was a little leary. I knew from years ago that inversion therapy was very helpful. I have compressed discs in my neck & back. Finally my husband insisted I buy one. I got the basic swing due to money constraints, but it was worth every penny. My husband found a beam to hang it on inside near a corner. It's cobalt blue and easy to take down if I feel the need. It's so nice to have something I can do that does not aggravate my Fibromyalgia and if I am really stressed out I just use it like a cocoon. It supports every part of my body and I can feel myself relax.
So give it a shot, you might just fall in love.
