Domestic Shipping

All shipping within the United States and territories remains the same price for each individual product whether it is being shipped to the next town over or across the country. These rates will remain fixed until further notice. All orders are shipped USPS unless otherwise requested. Shipping through UPS requires an additional $20 on top of the shipping rate indicated for each order.

International Shipping

Since every country has different shipping fees we are not able to list every country’s charges separately. PLEASE EMAIL OR CALL US FIRST to receive your country’s particular shipping quote. Once you have your quote you may pay for extra international shipping to your order by following the instructions below.

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS:

1) CONTACT US FIRST: If you live outside of the USA, before purchasing please contact us at info@Yogaswing.com or call 530-332-9642 for your particular country’s shipping quote.

2) CHOOSE PRODUCT: Once you know your particular shipping quote then go ahead and purchase your preferred Swing Model or other product(s) via our Shopping Cart using the specific product pages.

3) PAY EXTRA CHARGES: You can pay the slight increase in international shipping charges not covered by our purchase links in any one of 4 ways:

  1. Pay the specified amount to our http://www.Paypal.com account of info@Yogaswing.com
  2. Call us at 530-332-YOGA (9642) to pay with Credit Card
  3. Send check or money order for specified amount made payable to Omni-Swing, LLC; PO Box 3386; Chico, CA 95927 (will increase Estimated Time of Arrival for your order)
  4. Use the ‘UPGRADES, INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & OTHER CHARGES Add to Cart’ button by following the instructions found in the ‘International Shipping’ link under each individual product.

All extra shipping charges are calculated in unit multiples of 5. If the extra rate to be paid is $42 we round down to $40. If the extra rate to be paid is $48 we round up to $50.

Important: Remember that each international order is automatically charged the domestic shipping rate fee. When quoted how much it will cost to send to your country that is the quote in FULL and you must still subtract the automatic domestic fee from your shipping quote to pay the extra that is owed.

For example the Omni-Swing Basic ships for $18 domestically, for an order that ships to France and costs $51 TOTAL in shipping, subtract $51-$18 and the total extra that needs to be paid is $33USD.

*PLEASE NOTE: All orders shipped to Canada are sent through UPS. The cost for the YogaSwing Original or YogaSwing Omni is $45 S&H. The cost for the Rock-It Stand is $95 S&H.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY INCUR ADDITIONAL CHARGES AND IMPORT FEES MAY APPLY. PLEASE CHECK YOUR INDIVIDUAL COUNTY’S RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR MORE DETAILS.

Separate Shipments

To prevent damage your order may arrive in different boxes and at different times. We try to send the entire order off the same day, but depending on the manner in which it was ordered this is not always possible. Sometimes the carrier will separate packages in transit even if they were sent off together. This is no need to worry; you may just have to be extra patient for the other items. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what you agreed to pay at checkout.

‘Win a YogaSwing’ Shipping & Handling

Winners in the United States and territories will pay a flat rate of $15. In the case of an upgrade to a deluxe model or Omni-Gym, you are responsible for any extra shipping.

International Winners are responsible for any and all shipping and handling to your country.

Returns/Exchanges

You are responsible for all return shipping. In the event of an exchange please contact us first about the product to be exchanged.

Our Commitment to You

We want you to get your packages intact, orderly and within a timely manner and we strive our best to make it happen. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and unforeseen circumstances may delay your order’s estimated time of arrival. Circumstances that may cause a delayed package are delivery to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, outlying states or territories or international deliveries. We always do our best to keep you as updated and informed of your shipment as possible.

We send out orders Mon-Sat and we will ship your order within 1-3 business days from the date your order was placed.
