All domestic shipments include a tracking number. Signature Confirmation can be added on request for $5.00. We are not responsible for packages lost by the shipping service in transit or stolen after delivery.
Tracking is not available in most countries once the package leaves the United States.
Since every country has different shipping fees we are not able to list every country’s charges separately. Shipping fees will automatically be calculated based on order weight when you enter your shipping address. If you enter your country and get an invalid shipping message please contact us so we can get you a quote and add the prices to our checkout system.

To prevent damage your order may arrive in different boxes and at different times. We try to send the entire order off the same day, but depending on the manner in which it was ordered this is not always possible. Sometimes the carrier will separate packages in transit even if they were sent off together. This is no need to worry; you may just have to be extra patient for the other items. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what you agreed to pay at checkout.

You are responsible for all return shipping. In the event of an exchange please contact us first about the product to be exchanged.
We have a 30 day return period. The returned package must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving the item. All returns are charged a 15% restocking fee. There may be additional fees at our discretion for returned items with signs of wear and tear.
There are no exchanges of Stretchy items.

We want you to get your packages intact, orderly and within a timely manner and we strive our best to make it happen. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and unforeseen circumstances may delay your order’s estimated time of arrival. Circumstances that may cause a delayed package are delivery to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, outlying states or territories or international deliveries. We always do our best to keep you as updated and informed of your shipment as possible.
We send out orders Monday-Thursday and we will ship your order within 1-5 business days from the date your order was placed.
